Taste of The Holidays 2017! 5 course food and wine dinner

You are cordially invited to our third annual Taste of the Holidays 5 course food and wine pairing! Guests will enjoy a delicious 5 course holiday meal, perfectly paired with our amazing wines.  Bruce Patenaude and Bill Jock will be entertaining at both Saturday  December 9th seating (5pm) and the Sunday December 10th (1pm) seating.  This event sells out quickly so plan ahead!  The following menu will be served:

Soup:   Spicy and Sweet Pumpkin Bisque

Salad:  Pear Gorgonzola Salad with maple glazed walnuts

Appetizer:  Lobster Pasta Pillows with Alfredo Sauce

Entree:  Choice of either Carmelized Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast with Sweet Potato and apple side


Classic Beef Burgundy (a la Julia Child) with egg noodles

Dessert: Gilles’ Red Velvet Cheesecake
