Catering Menu

Our food is 100% homemade. Many of the recipes have been passed down through Mary’s family and her Italian heritage. We strive to provide delicious, satisfying and healthy food for our customers. Many of the dishes are lower fat options of the unhealthy version. Full vegetarian and gluten free versions available upon request,

All food is set up buffet style with chaffing dishes in a self-serve, informal fashion. We do not wait on tables.

Appetizers Available by tray

  • Cheese Tray with crackers and fruit. Serves 10-15: $25.00
  • Vegetable tray with dip. Serves 10-15. $20.00
  • Pepperoni and cheese tray with crackers. Serves 10-15 $25.00
  • Bread Dip Bowl. Serves 12. $15
  • Gilles’ Eggceptional deviled eggs. Serves 18. $20
  • Gilles’ Fruit Boat Supreme. Serves 15-20. $35
  • Buffalo Boneless Chicken Wings. (Thigh meat used) Serves 15. $20.00

Soups

  • Butternut Squash Bisque- a rich, creamy squash soup with a bit of spice added.
  • Tuscan Minestrone Soup- a hearty bean soup with plenty of fresh veggies. Seasoned with fresh herbs and parmesan cheese.
  • Italian Wedding soup- a special occasion soup comprised of seasoned meatballs, pasta, vegetables and spinach.
  • Hearty Hamburger Barley soup- a soup that stands as a meal. Just add a piece of bread or a fresh salad and you are done!!

Salads:

  • Pasta Salad- a vegetable and rotini salad combined with cheeses and meats. Finished with Italian dressing.
  • Field Green Salad- vegetables added are: onions, peppers, mushrooms, cukes, grape tomatoes, carrots. Dressings available.
  • Potato Salad- celery, onion, eggs and peppers added.
  • Spinach and Berry Salad- vegetables added are: peppers, mushrooms, cukes, grape tomatoes, carrots with strawberries and walnuts. Finished with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
  • Classic Caesar Salad- romaine, croutons and black olives added. Finished with creamy Caesar dressing.

Brunch and Lunch

Quiches are made with local organic eggs and whole milk. Variations are as follows.

  • Lorraine- carmelized onions, ham, and swiss cheese-
  • Mushroom- carmelized onions and Portabella mushrooms, and provolone cheese.
  • Spinach- carmelized onions, baby spinach, basil and oregano, with cheddar cheese.
  • Pizza-carmelized onions, pepperoni, sausage, basil, oregano and mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

French Toast casserole.

Sandwich Platter- Chicken, tuna or turkey salad sandwiches served on whole wheat bread. Gluten free bread available by request

Dinner Fare

  • Lasagna Tray- Made with Grace’s Red Wine
  • Meatballs, sausage and sauce- served with spaghetti
  • Italian Chicken Breast with sweet peppers and mushrooms- chicken breast combines with fresh sweet red and orange peppers and baby Portabella mushrooms in the flavorful, healthy entrée. Served with rice or pasta.
  • Spiral Ham
  • Roasted Turkey Breast
  • Holiday potatoes- a decadent potato casserole with sour cream, cheese and a crunchy topping.
  • Herbed Penne Shrimp- A delicious shrimp dish made with tomatoes, fresh herbs, and heavy cream. Served over pasta.
  • Other side dishes and vegetables available upon request.

PRICING OPTIONS-wine tasting is included in the cost.

Brunch Option: Quiche, French Toast Casserole, an appetizer, muffins

Lunch Option: sandwiches, choice of soup, an appetizer, and a choice of salad.

Coffee, tea, lemonade and iced tea. Dessert of choice. $15 per person

 

Italian Dinner Option: Lasagna or spaghetti, meatballs and sausages; garlic bread, choice of salad. Coffee, tea, lemonade and iced tea. Choice of dessert. $18 per person

 

Holiday Dinner Option - Roast turkey or spiral ham, choice of potato or rice, steamed or roasted vegetables, dinner rolls. Coffee, tea, lemonade and iced tea.

Dessert of choice. $22 per person

 

Shrimp or Chicken Option: Italian Chicken Breast or Herbed Penne Shrimp, choice of potato or rice, dinner rolls, steamed or roasted vegetables. Coffee, tea, lemonade and iced tea. Choice of dessert. $22 per person
